How do I make a booking?
All bookings for Tongariro Springs Boutique B&B are made securely through our website. Booking direct gives you access to our best available rates and the latest availability for our boutique accommodation near Tongariro National Park.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel or request to change your booking up to 3 days before your arrival date. Simply contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability, applicable rates, and our booking terms.
Can I extend my stay?
If you’d like to stay longer, please contact us as early as possible. We’ll check availability and do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I arrive without a booking?
No, sorry. Tongariro Springs Boutique B&B is a self-service property without a traditional reception desk. All accommodation must be booked online before arrival.

What time is check-in?
Self check-in is available any time from 3:00 pm onwards.
How does self check-in work?
Before you arrive, we’ll email your room number, directions to the property, parking information, and easy step-by-step instructions for accessing your room.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 am. If you need a later departure, please contact us the day before. Late check-out is subject to availability.

We’re located in a peaceful rural setting just a few minutes from National Park Village. Our location provides easy access to Tongariro National Park, the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, Mt Ruapehu, local cycle trails and other outdoor attractions.
Is parking available?
Yes. Every room includes one free off-street parking space directly outside. Additional parking is available in our visitor parking area if required.

Do you arrange Tongariro Alpine Crossing transport?
We don’t book shuttle services directly, but we’re happy to suggest reliable local operators. Many provide convenient door-to-door pickups from Tongariro Springs Boutique B&B.
Is your accommodation close to the Tongariro Alpine Crossing?
Yes. Tongariro Springs Boutique B&B is an excellent base for the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. Our peaceful location allows you to relax before and after your hike, while local shuttle operators provide easy access to the track.
