There are a number of things we are frequently asked, if we don’t answer your questions below please send us a message.
How to make bookings? We only take online bookings. Make your booking through our website for the best deal.
Transport? No. We do not make any activity arrangements for guests. We recommend National Park Shuttles, contact them directly to arrange your transport needs. They will pick up from our door.
Cancellations & Postponements? These can be carried out in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. Notify us of your intentions in writing by replying to any email from us.
Extend my stay? This can be done, subject to availability, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. Send us an email or book online.
Can we just turn up? No. Bookings are essential, there is no onsite reception, all bookings are managed remotely.
Off street parking? Yes. Each Suite has one car park directly outside. If you require additional parking there is extra space available by arrangement.
Reception hours? There is no onsite reception, however the management can be messaged anytime and responses will be sent out during business hours from 9am to 5pm.
Check in Time? You are welcome to check in anytime from 2pm onwards.
How do we check in? You will be sent pre-arrival information. This will include the confirmation of the room(s) you are in and how to access your room(s).
How do we get there? When you are sent your pre-arrival confirmation this will include our location and driving directions. Our address is clearly posted at the entrance so you can’t be mistaken.
Cell Phone Coverage? Yes. Cellphone coverage can be limited depending on your phone type and carrier.
Internet? There is complimentary internet that can be accessed by WiFi or data jack – if you prefer to use the data jack you will need to bring your own cable. Please be aware that we are in a rural location and the internet can drop out occasionally. If this happens please try again later.
Is there a Kitchen? Not yet, but we are working on it. All dining is off site. In each room there is a kettle, tea and coffee available with take away cups.
Is smoking allowed? This is a Smoke Free property, this also includes e-cigarettes or vapors. If anyone wishes to smoke they will need to do so off the property.
How to get help onsite? If something is not right with your room in any way, please notify us immediately so we can do something about it for you. If there is an emergency situation like a plumbing leak or similar there is a contact number for the on-call caretaker found in the Guest Information in each room.
Families with children? These rooms are not suited to children, however there is an excellent lodge, The Crossing Backpackers, close to us with rooms very well suited to families of all sizes.
Can we bring pets? Not everyone feels the same way about animals, so in consideration of those who are not comfortable around animals for one reason or another we have to say no.
Can we have visitors? Out of respect for everyone’s privacy there are to be no visitors, strictly guests only.
Checking out? Check out time is 11am, if you wish to check out later this must be organised at least the day before. Please leave your key in the door before you go.
